Young Jeezy adds a raspy verse to the track, which can be found on her upcoming sophomore album and the Syndicate RnB 12 – The Syndicate & DJ Five Venoms mixtape.

Cassie is readying the follow-up to “King of Hearts.” “It’s more of an in-your-face, tougher Cassie,” she said of the Jean-Baptiste-produced single.

Cassie returned to BET’s “106 & Park” for her first television performance in six years. After being panned by critics in 2006, Bad Boy’s First Lady got back up on the stage and delivered her new single “King of Hearts” and the Kanye West-produced remix for the first time. The dance routine was choreographed by Laurieann Gibson.

Cassie spoke with Rocsi about her sophomore album. “It’s like a mish-mosh of my life. It’s the perfect reflection of who I am right now,” she said, while putting out a call for new collaborators. “If there’s any young producers out there, I’m still looking for that one or two records, so the door is still open.”

She will travel overseas to perform a 20-minute set at a festival in Spain in June, with 60,000 people in attendance.

Cassie served up some tasty treats to promote her sweet single “King of Hearts.” The Bad Boy singer took over the Coolhaus ice cream truck and handed out free ice cream sandwiches to her fans in New York City on Monday. There was even a special “King of Hearts” flavor on the menu consisting of maple waffle cookies and Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream. Yum!

Beyoncé recently co-signed Cassie’s “King of Hearts” on her website, writing, “I can’t stop listening to this song!” She will perform the single today on “106 & Park,” her first performance on the show since 2006.

Machine Gun Kelly launches a lyrical assault on “Warning Shot,” his killer collaboration with Cassie off his EP Half Naked & Almost Famous, available on iTunes tomorrow. The “Wild Boy” fires off rapid rhymes, while his Bad Boy labelmate sounds the alarm on the hook.
